Al-Sareh International General Trading Company was established on 01st January’ 1994. Prior to this date it was known as Al-Sareh International Trading Establishment, a wholly owned organization by Sayed Abdul Mohsin Al-Refai. Al-Sareh International Trading Establishment was one of the very few companies to re-start their business activities after Kuwait's liberation from the Iraq, resuming services by 1st May’ 1991. Despite market and economic conditions, Al-Sareh International Trading Establishment was able to develop a very successful business that resulted in changing the legal entity of the establishment to a Company with self generated funds. Even with the state budget constraints resulting from the Gulf War and strong competition, we continued to gain market share that facilitated our ability to raise our paid capital in less than a five-year time frame in January of 1997.
